Clinical Research Regulatory Specialist
Jennifer Swope is the Clinical Research Regulatory Specialist at the Center for Autism Research. She works with investigators and the Institutional Review Board (IRB) to ensure that research being conducted at CAR is done in accordance with local and federal regulations and policies in order to protect human subjects.
Jen has worked in clinical research at CHOP since 2011. Prior to joining CAR, Jen was a clinical research coordinator with the Division of Orthopaedics, and more recently, the Clinical Research Support Office, where she worked on studies across several different departments, including Physical Therapy, Pulmonology, and the Center for Injury Research and Prevention. Jen has a Bachelor’s degree in biology from St. Joseph’s University and a Master’s degree in Biomedical Science from Thomas Jefferson University. Jen is also a Certified Clinical Research Professional through The Society of Clinical Research Associates (SOCRA).
