Postdoctoral Fellow

Eli is a Computer Science and Pediatrics postdoc at the Center for Autism Research. Her research applies and develops novel statistical and computational techniques for quantitatively measuring human behavior. Recent projects have included machine-learning-based identification of highly predictive factors in early developmental screening data in toddlers with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), measurement of gaze behavior in adults with ASD during live social interaction in the real world using novel low-cost wearable eye-tracking devices, and investigations of linguistic and affective behaviors during interaction with robots and video games in pre-school- and school-aged children with ASD.
